- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I am not in good hands!! Previously my auto and renters insurance was purchased online and I was quite happy with AllState when the hailstorms hit Indiana. However, when this renewal came up, I got a call from this agency saying they were assigned my policy. It was a deeply disappointing experience since I initially had my payments fail because a wrong routing number was looked up and input! I was promised a discount for easy pay which I was told later on did not exist for my 'value' plan. But I was told prior to renewing the policy I'd get that! Go figure. My insurance is quite simple, no special conditions. If this is the experience I have with just paying my insurance, I shudder to think what will happen if I had a crash!
