- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Our family is beyond impressed with Dr. William Heisel. We had moved here, after seeing a wonderful pediatrician in Muncie, so our expectations were high. Dr. Heisel has gone above and beyond, and exceeded those expectations. I always feel very comfortable during the appointments with my children. My husband and I are very aware of how intelligent he is, although he has always made us feel like an equal in the decisions, which has built our trust even more. He always makes us feel that our questions and concerns are important and we never feel rushed during the appointments.
